L'Angevine is a family suite composed of 2 adjoining rooms with slate colors that remind us so much of our native city of Angers. You will have a nunobstructed view of the Vitalian countryside extending beyond the Loire River.

We have set up a living room dedicated to the guest rooms with a small kitchen (fridge, stove, and microwave).

Free access to the 12/6m covered and heated swimming pool from May to the end of September. Have delightful lunches or dinners in the wooden cabin in the shade of beautiful trees. We will concoct good homemade breakfasts with mainly organic and local products for you.

We also have a charging point for electric vehicles.

The Angevine Suite of over 40m2 consists of:

One master bedroom: a large king-size bed 180/200 (possible to convert it into two single beds), a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, TV.

The small Angevine is an adjoining smaller room equipped with two single beds of 90/200. Private toilets are shared in the two rooms of the Angevine Suite.

The rooms are available from 5:00 pm on the day of your arrival and until 11:00 am on your departure.

La Rétaise is a tribute to the island Ré, our family landmark and the beginning of our history. This bright room will charm you with its soft and soothing seaside colors. Enjoy a beautiful view over the park and its hundred-year-old trees: oaks, lime trees, tulip trees, cedars, walnut trees, and boxwood trees.

We will prepare homemade breakfasts for you with organic and local products.

We also have a charging point for electric vehicles.

The room of more than 30m 2 has the following equipment:

• a large king-size bed (or two single beds) 180/200 and a single bed 90/190.
• a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, and a separate toilet.
• large screen TV, free Wifi.

Free access to the large covered and heated pool from May to the end of September.

You will also find outside a lovely wooden cabin to have lunch or enjoy a quiet moment.

Rooms are available from 5:00 pm on the day of your arrival and until 11:00 am on your departure.

Finally, La Nantaise will take you to Nantes's vibrant and multifaceted city. We stayed there for many years before coming to the heart of the Pays de Retz.

You will have a marvelous view over the park with its hundred-year-old trees and, in particular, the tree tunnel leading to the pond and the bald cypress with aerial roots.

We also provide a charging point for electric vehicles.

The room of nearly 30 m2 has the following equipment :

A large king-size bed (possibility of converting it into two single beds) 180/200. Bathroom separated by a glass wall with a shower, large sink, and separate toilet.

Enjoy free access to the covered and heated swimming pool from May to the end of September.

We will prepare for you homemade breakfasts with organic and local products.

The rooms are available from 5:00 pm on the day of your arrival and until 11:00 am on your departure.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our charming little country house located at the entrance of the park of the Plessis Grimaud estate.

With a capacity of 5 people and 90m2, the gîte of Le Plessis Grimaud includes:

• A room with direct access to the garden: a king-size bed or two beds of 90/200.
• A room on the first floor with a garden view and view of the Vitalian countryside: four single beds of 90/200 or two single beds and a double bed of 180/200.
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.
• Bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet.
• Living room with a fireplace.

It has a private enclosed garden decorated with garden furniture and a parking lot.

Access to the covered and heated swimming pool (shared with the guest rooms) from May to the end of September.

We also provide a charging point for electric vehicles.

Many sports or cultural activities are nearby, for example, only five minutes away: the legendary park with its fantastic shows, the TSN44 Wakepark in Saint-Viaud, paddle and kayak renting, biking at the green quay, along the sea, and the Customs Officers' Path in Pornic or St Brévin, or the visit the machines of the island in Nantes, the salt marshes of Guérande, and the Brière.

Le Plessis à l’Océan is an apartment of 50m2, 200m from the beach of the source in Pornic, next to the thalasso and 700m from the port and center of Pornic.

We completely renovated and insulated it in 2021. It is located on the first floor of a small house accessed by an outside staircase. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed (or separable into 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom and a pretty enclosed garden with flowers.

Le Plessis à la plage is a gîte for six people.

The Plessis à la plage is an independent accommodation on the ground floor of a house located 200m from the Source beach and the Thalasso and 700m from the old Port of Pornic.

The fully renovated accommodation has:

• Spacious living room open to a fully equipped kitchen
• Lounge area with sofa and TV
• Bedroom with four possible beds (1 double bed in the mezzanine and one other double bed under the mezzanine)
• Second bedroom with double bed.
• Shower room with double sinks.

You will have a private courtyard with garden furniture, an umbrella, and a barbecue.

You will also have independent access to the garage adjoining the house to store belongings and bikes.

The house's first floor is occupied, but the access is independent.
